Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and TruckPaperwork. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

If you use TruckPaperwork for a company, you are saying you have the right to bind that company too.

TruckPaperwork lets you scan or upload trucking documents, build a load packet PDF, save broker contacts, and email the packet from a Gmail account you connect.

The product is provided as a web app. Features can change. We do not promise it will work in every dead zone, on every phone, or with every broker's AP desk.

TruckPaperwork is currently free. No subscription. No per-page fee. No paid plan in the app today.

We may turn this into a paid product later. That could mean any of the following:

• A subscription
• Usage limits on a free tier (scans, packets, sends, storage)
• Paid add-ons, such as extra Gmail accounts or higher limits
• Removing or shrinking the free tier

If we introduce pricing, we will update these terms, update the product, and give notice before we charge you. We will not bill a card we do not have, and we will not convert a free account into a paid account without you choosing a plan.

Using the free product today does not lock in free access forever. If you do not want a future paid plan, you can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account. We may keep a free tier. We also may not. We are being upfront about that now so nobody is surprised later.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for that Google account. Do not share access with people who should not see your load paperwork.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must be using the app for lawful trucking or business paperwork.

You keep the rights to the documents you scan and the contacts you save. You give us a license to store, process, and transmit that content only to operate TruckPaperwork for you, including generating PDFs and sending email you start.

You are responsible for what you upload and send. That includes having the right to scan those pages and to email them to the broker or factoring company you pick. Do not use the app for anyone else's paperwork without permission, and do not send spam or illegal content.

Connecting Gmail is optional. If you connect it, you authorize TruckPaperwork to send email from that account when you use send in the app. We do not read your inbox.

Google can revoke access. You can disconnect Gmail in Settings or at Google account permissions. If Gmail is disconnected, you cannot send from the app until you connect it again.

Do not:

• Break the law or these terms
• Try to access another user's packets, brokers, or Gmail tokens
• Abuse, scrape, or overload the service
• Reverse engineer the app except where the law says you can
• Use the Gmail connection for anything other than sending paperwork you start here

We can suspend or delete an account that we think is abusing the product.

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it up, but phones, cameras, networks, Google, and brokers all fail sometimes. We do not warrant that a scan will be accepted by every AP team, that email will always land, or that the app will be uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent the law allows, TruckPaperwork is not liable for lost loads, delayed pay, rejected paperwork, missed broker emails, or other damages that come from using or not being able to use the app. If a court says we are liable anyway, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which is currently zero.

You can stop using TruckPaperwork anytime. Email hello@truckerpaperwork.com if you want the account and stored data deleted.

We can stop offering the product, or parts of it, including if we move to a paid model and you do not subscribe. We will try to give notice when that is practical.

We can update these terms. Material changes, including new pricing, will be posted on this page with a new date. If you keep using the app after that, you are agreeing to the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app and ask us to delete your account.
